Taff Vale
After several failed attempts by private developers to initiate new development on this important town centre site, the Local Authority acquired it in 2011 and set about commissioning a public sector focused scheme.
The Taff Vale redevelopment is a £38m project that delivers an ambitious three building, office-led regeneration scheme at the heart of Pontypridd. The mixed use development provides modern office accommodation in two of the buildings with ground floor offer of food and drink outlets and basement car parking. The third building offers a range of council services and public facilities including a modern library and gym facility.
Our Specification Manager Mark Hillier worked closely with Mosa the tile manufacturers and the contractors to achieve the desired look, a fit for purpose solution to match the brief and create a luxury and stylish look throughout the building WC’s with our Terra Maastricht range. 600x300mm Terra Maastricht Mid Grey Matt & 600x600mm Terra Maastricht Anthracite Matt were chosen to fit the criteria perfectly.
