The Podium

Located in Newbury, The Podium offers an experience of coffee and supercars like no other! As part of a recent refurbishment project, The Podium were looking for a durable, natural wood effect floor tile with anti-slip values, which would enhance the appealing décor in their state of the art showroom.

The CTD Architectural team were excited to be a part of this project and eager to fulfil this exciting brief.

This high class showroom required a tile able to withstand heavy foot traffic with minimal wear and tear, and our Aspenwood tile collection in Beige colourway proved to be the ideal fit. This extremely durable 1200x200mm porcelain tile offers a realistic and charming natural wood effect with a matt surface finish, providing a +PTV36 slip resistance - an excellent choice for this well used public space. Our specification manager Mark Hillier worked alongside contractors Waterman Building and Preservation Ltd on this project and the end result was a stylish and welcoming showroom with an amazing finish, all tiled by JM Tiling (Jon Murray).
